I would like to write a Web OS that I can write SI (simulated intelligence) software for, for example back-ups and version history. It would use drag and drop and might use Prolog, etc.	 

I would like to write an Education/Accounting web site in Prolog that can serve classes, have SI (simulated intelligence) algorithms and simulated lecturers. This will require many algorithms to work out student thoughts and data that lecturers might say. So far I have written a GitHub registry and other web sites in Prolog.
